Breathwork - Community Class
Your Breath is a powerful tool in healing the vibrational injuries, traumas and misalignment lodged in the cells of your body.
Breathwork plays a critical role in activating a discharge from the body to release suppressed energy.
We begin each session by identifying what you would like to embody. I invite you to breath into the blocks and barriers to your desired intention. Then use patterns of breath to release what's holding you back. We move into a heart centered meditation, calling in the new patterning, embodying the essence of your intention.
Each student comes in ready to release the fears and suppressed energy lodged in the nervous system, trusting the body to recalibrate as needed.
Please read through the contraindications carefully:
Pregnancy, history of seizures, high blood pressure, strokes, acute infectious illness or epilepsy.
