Consultation
The initial consultation is designed to explore the presenting issues, see if we're a good fit to do this work together. I inquire into your presenting problems, your coping strategies, desires, struggles and leave you with tools and a practice that you can incorporate at home. You will leave recalibrated in your nervous system and have an opportunity to feel what it is to embody your true nature.
The Package - the work
This is the hardest best work you'll ever do. I provide the container for all that needs to come up, be felt and released. I screen for dissociation, set the foundation for treating trauma with a strong emphasis on managing your nervous system. This includes hypnotherapy and various energy modalities to support you in shifting to a more balanced state of well-being.
Embodiment Class
The embodiment class combines movement and poses targeting stuck energy, tension and trauma. Combined with somatic breath work, sound healing and the power of group intention these provide an avenue for deep release of what's in the way of your wellbeing.
I can have up to four students in my home; larger groups meet outside in nature or at Abundant Space in Scottsdale.
Quantum Healing
Working in the quantum field is exponentially deeper work. Accessing the layers of trauma hidden in the subconscious mind is solution oriented. Tapping in through meditation or using psychedelics allows us to see the blocks and barriers standing in the way of your healing.
Four consecutive sessions scheduled with unlimited access to each other over the course of a month is a transformational experience.
