Hypnotherapy could introduce you to the love of your life.
Your Soul may seem like an abstract concept designed to comfort your ego in times of stress, but I’d like to challenge you to take a closer look.
Through hypnosis
I’ve seen many people journey back to a space where they experience communion with a deeper, wiser part of themselves.
They usually wake up teary-eyed and completely altered in their way of thinking.
They may have started the session feeling angry and confused recounting a situation in their lives. In traditional psychotherapy these circumstances are what's focused upon, re-experiencing the struggles and the feelings associated. In hypnosis you get solution oriented and move to deprogramming the mind from the destructive patterns to create space for expansion. The focus is immediately on how would you like to feel, or how would you imagine it to be so if you could dream anything you liked. The subconscious mind knows no limitations and will get busy bringing you whatever request you make of it. While the frontal lobe would argue for it's limitations and spout unworthiness issues, the subconscious opens it's arms to receive.
Most everyone comes out of trance more centered and at peace, connected to their heart space where the answers toward
resolution is accessible. It's exactly what Eistein meant when he said that problems are solved by transcending the level that created them.
I’m starting to believe the subconscious mind and the soul reside in the same place.
This is something that has to be felt through direct experience rather than understood with the mind. Hypnotherapy
creates an avenue that brings you into direct experience with the oldest, wisest most loving part of you, whatever you want to call it.
Because your subconscious knows what you came here to do, it will nudge you in the direction of your dreams and aspirations.
Hypnotherapy
builds a relationship with your higher Self, nudging you toward fullness, releasing limiting beliefs and challenging you where you withhold love.
The invitation
in this process is much greater than dropping bad habits.
You could fall in love with yourSelf.
